Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BrickRender ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Service

BrickRender is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice during the beta period.

3. Invite-only Access

Access to BrickRender during beta is by invitation. You sign up with a Google account, join the waitlist, and we grant access when space is available. Your access is tied to that Google account and is not transferable: do not share your sign-in credentials, and do not use an account that is not yours.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit render jobs that contain inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the Service
• Abuse the render credit system

5. Intellectual Property

You own your models, and you own the renders you make from them. Nothing you upload to BrickRender, and nothing the Service produces from it, becomes ours because you used the Service. We claim no ownership of either, at any point, and that does not change if you stop using BrickRender.

By using BrickRender you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your files for one purpose only: providing the Service to you. That covers converting a model so it can be rendered and previewed in your browser, running the renders you ask for, and showing you the results. It is not a licence to publish, sell, sublicense or train on your content, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

You can delete a model at any time from the app, which deletes the stored files. Publishing anything of yours anywhere public is a separate, opt-in choice that is off unless you turn it on — see section 6 below.

6. Keeping and Deleting Your Content

Models

We keep the models you upload on your behalf, so you can render them again without uploading them again. They are not deleted on a timer — they stay until you delete them, which you can do at any time from the app. Deleting a model deletes the stored files. We keep a record of its name and version so that renders you made earlier still show what they came from.

Renders

Finished renders are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, along with the display copies we serve them from. Download anything you want to keep. BrickRender is not an archive, and once a render has expired we cannot recover it for you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the account page in the app. That removes your models, your renders, the display copies, and anything of yours in the gallery. It cannot retract anything already published to a social network — see below.

Sharing is separate, and off by default

We publish nothing of yours unless you ask us to. There are two optional settings, each off unless you turn it on and each separate from the other — agreeing to one is never read as agreeing to the other:

• letting us feature a render on the BrickRender social channels, credited to the Instagram handle you gave us
• letting us show a render in the community gallery on this site

Neither ever publishes your model files or your email address. You can turn either off at any time, which stops us using your renders in anything new, and takes your renders off the gallery straight away. It cannot undo a social post that has already gone out. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickRender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of render data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
